Refund & Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

✅ Returns

• You can return items within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
• We do not offer exchanges — place a new order instead.

💸 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll email you.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Used, damaged, or personalized items cannot be returned.
• Digital downloads and gift cards are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If an item arrives damaged or wrong, we’ll cover the return shipping.
